Our facility is also the only gym in Oswego where our members enjoy access to a complete, relaxing, aquatic experience. Our Pool & Spa area features:

25 ft pool with 4ft depth lap lanes and 3.5ft relaxation area
Whirlpool Spa with varying strength jets
Solarium and Kitchen Area that comfortably seats 20 people with full-sized fridge and TV
Steam Room that seats 6-7 people
Dry Sauna that seats 4-5 people

As a member, can I bring a guest?
Yes! New annual members get 15 free guest passes for their first month, 2 free guest passes a month every month after that. Guest passes for members are $6 after your complimentary passes are spent.

Can I bring essential oils/scents to use in your steam room?Be our guest! Our members often will use their choice of therapeutic oils and tinctures to suit their liking.

Do I need to reserve a lap lane for the pool?
Members have the sole right to reserve lanes in the pool. Reservations run in half hour intervals from 6am to 6:30pm.

Can my children bring their toys to your pool?
Absolutely! We also have a variety of floaties, paddle boards, and pool noodles to play with!  

Can we bring food or drink to the facility?
Food is prohibited, but during our Adult Swim hours feel free to bring your choice of beverage (alcoholic or otherwise) with the exception of glass.  

Can I use the facility as a walk-in?Yes. Prices are $15 for people above 13, $6 for kids age 3-12 and non-swimming patrons, and children below 3 are always free!
